Ghost Matcha® Hōjicha is a dark roasted organic green tea powder with hazelnut and sweet caramel notes of flavour. We source it directly from the renowned Wazuka, Kyoto region of Japan, where it is carefully roasted and fine milled to perfection for us by our expert tea masters. This supernatural, organic hōjicha can be enjoyed at any time of day, but its extremely low caffeine content makes it the perfect substitute for matcha in the evening.

In a tea bowl, vigorously whisk 2g of sifted powder with 120ml of 70˚C hot water. Add steamed plant-based milk and serve.
